Witches & Wizards Birthday Party Package 🧙‍♀️✨

Step into the magical world of witches and wizards, where kids can craft their own wands, learn spells, duel each other, and brew their very own potion. It's a day of enchantment, excitement, and fun!

📅 Party Duration:

• 3 hours total (2.5-hour party + 15 minutes before and after for setup and personal touches)
• Includes up to 10 children (Additional children can be added for an extra cost)

📍 Location:

• The Next Chapter event space

Included Activities & Take-Home Treasures:

• ✔ Make Your Own Magic Wand ✨ (Kids will design and decorate their personalized wand)
• ✔ Learn a Spell 🔮 (Each child will learn fun spells to use during the party)
• ✔ Wizard Duel Challenge ⚡ (Two teams face off to see who has the best wizardry skills)
• ✔ Brew a Drinkable Potion 🧪 (Each child will create their own potion to drink – a fun and edible, magical mixture!)

Base Package Pricing:

• $250 for up to 10 children
• + $15 per additional child (Max 15 children, must be confirmed 1 week in advance to ensure enough supplies)

Optional Upgrades:

• 🎁 Treat Bags – Add a little magical loot! + $5 per child
• 📚 A Book for Each Child – Choose magical, witchy books! + $10 per child
• 🎉 Decorated Party Table – Wizard-themed tablecloth, balloons, and centerpiece! + $25
  

Additional Details:

• No juice boxes for this party! Instead, we’ll provide magical, themed drinks as part of the potion-making activity.
• Parents are welcome to bring their own cake or food.
• Decorations will be provided and reused for a fully immersive witches and wizards experience.
• A staff member will lead the activities, ensuring a fun and smooth party.
• Parents of the birthday child are expected to stay for the duration of the party.
• Drop-off is encouraged for other children due to limited space (maximum of 4 adults allowed per party).

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

• ✔ 50% deposit required at booking
• ✔ Full payment required before the party

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• 14+ days before the party: Full refund of deposit.
• 7-13 days before the party: Deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a future party within 2 months.
• Less than 7 days before the party: No refunds.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you can move your party to a new date within 2 months, as long as you notify us at least 7 days in advance.
