Looking for a unique and personalized birthday experience? The Next Chapter offers custom birthday party packages tailored to your child’s interests! Whether they love superheroes, dinosaurs, space, fairies, or something completely different, we’ll help bring their dream party to life!

📅 Party Duration: 3 hours (2.5-hour party) + 15 minutes before & after for setup/takedown.
👥 Includes up to 10 children (Additional children can be added)
📍 Location: The Next Chapter event space

Base Package Pricing:

💵 $250 for up to 10 children
➕ $15 per additional child (Max 15 – must confirm 1 week in advance)

Optional Upgrades:

🎁 Treat Bags – Add extra fun take-home goodies! +$5 per child
📚 A Book for Each Child – Choose a themed book! +$10 per child
🎉 Decorated Party Table – Themed tablecloth, balloons, and centerpiece! +$25
🧁 Themed Cupcakes or Snacks – (if available) We are on the hunt for a local bakery to team up with. TBD

How It Works:

• Contact us to discuss your child’s theme and preferred activities.
• We’ll create a customized experience with engaging games, crafts, and fun!
• You bring the cake (or let us help with treats), and we’ll handle the rest.

Additional Details:

• Parents of the birthday child are expected to stay for the duration of the party.
• Drop-off is encouraged for other children due to limited space (maximum of 4 adults preferred).
• Outside food is allowed—if planning a meal, we will adjust the schedule accordingly.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

✔ 50% deposit required at booking
✔ Full payment required before the party

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• 14+ days before the party: Full refund of deposit.
• 7-13 days before the party: Deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a future party within 2 months.
• Less than 7 days before the party: No refunds.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you can move your party to a new date within 2 months (with at least 7 days' notice).
