Event Room Rentals at The Next Chapter GP

We offer a flexible event space for workshops, classes, and small gatherings. Pricing depends on the type of event, time of day, and level of support needed. Room capacity is 36 people MAX.  With tables and chairs, the room seats 20-24 people. You can bring your own food.

1. Ongoing Classes & Recurring Bookings

Perfect for instructors running consistent weekly or monthly sessions (yoga, book clubs, etc.)

Rate:

  • $20 per hour (1.5 hour minimum)
  • $30 per 1.5 hour session (preferred rate for recurring bookings)

Includes:

  • Independent access (lockbox entry)
  • No staff required on-site
  • Basic use of tables/chairs

Requirements:

  • Approved in advance
  • Must leave space clean and reset
  • Damage deposit (card + ID) required

2. Standard Room Rental (Independent Use)

For private use during regular business hours where minimal oversight is needed.

Rate:

  • $20 per hour (base rate)

Best for:

  • Small meetups
  • Quiet groups
  • Low-impact use of space

Conditions:

  • Must not require staff supervision
  • Must leave the room as found
  • Damage deposit (card + ID) required

3. Hosted Events & Workshops

For instructors, creators, or businesses running ticketed events.

Pricing:

  • 20% of ticket sales
  • Minimum charge of $20 per event

How it works:
We take 20% of total ticket sales.
If that amount is less than $20, a $20 minimum applies.

Examples:

  • $100 in ticket sales → You pay $20 (20%)
  • $60 in ticket sales → You pay $20 (minimum)
  • $300 in ticket sales → You pay $60 (20%)

Best for:

  • Workshops
  • Ticketed experiences

4. Private Parties & High-Impact Bookings

For birthdays, celebrations, or events with higher cleanup or risk.

Rate:

  • Starting at $30/hour
  • Custom quote based on event type

Important Notes:

  • Not all party bookings are accepted
  • Evening/weekend availability is limited
  • Additional cleaning fees may apply

What All Rentals Require

  • Room must be left clean and reset
  • Garbage removed or placed in designated bins
  • Any damages will be charged
  • Respect for surrounding businesses and store operations
